The original design for the program was to document what occurred during an incident by keeping an automated "Notes file" for the incident. In fact the name of the program was derived from "Field Incident Technician Notes" to FIT-Notes as it was written to keep those notes that the FIT would normally keep.
As FIT-Notes was developed it became very clear that not only did we provide great Notes but we did a better job of accountability than anything else available. This led to the addition of a greater list of tools to help you with your accountability needs.
Our company is based on the belief that our customers' needs are of the utmost importance. In fact most of the program was designed by our customers. When they asked if the program could do XXX we would add this to the list of requirements for the next upgrade. So we originated the program but you gave us the input to make it what it is today. Our entire team is committed to meeting those needs. As a result, a high percentage of our business is from repeat customers and referrals.
